INTRODUCTION

These general terms of sale ("General Terms") govern the contractual relationship between the customer ("you") and Afrolab LLC ("Afrolab" or "we") for orders placed on the website https://www.afrolab.am.

Your contractual relationship with Afrolab is subject to the laws of Armenia and applies exclusively to non-commercial customers.

We reserve the right to modify these General Terms. However, the version in effect at the time of your order will apply.

We encourage you to read and accept these General Terms before confirming your order and making a payment. You will also have the option to print and/or save them.

Any information collected by Afrolab will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ORDER PLACEMENT

To place an order, you must provide a valid email address.

At any time before placing an order, you can review information about the selected products and shipping costs by clicking on the shopping cart.

You can review your order details, total price, and correct any errors before confirming your order.

To validate your order, you must click on "Buy Now", confirming that this is a "payment-obligatory order" and that you accept the contractual obligations with Afrolab.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation receipt at the email address provided during checkout. This receipt will include:

Order details
Shipping information
Instructions on how to access and modify your personal data
A link to download the General Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy

Despite the email confirmation, your order will be finalized only after full payment has been received.

You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account or by contacting Customer Service via email or phone.

If a product is out of stock, a notification message will appear next to the product. If you want to be informed when it becomes available, you can select the "Notify Me When Available" button and enter your name and email. You will receive an email notification once the product is back in stock.

PRICES & SHIPPING COSTS

All prices listed on the website are in Armenian Drams (AMD) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included.

If applicable, shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart and are calculated automatically based on your chosen delivery method.

Delivery is only available within Yerevan, and the standard shipping fee is 1,000 AMD.

If a product price is incorrect (for example, an obviously incorrect or unusually low price), Afrolab will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price. If you do not wish to proceed or fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe, Afrolab reserves the right to cancel the order.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made in two ways:

Online Payment – Supported for ARCA, Visa, and MasterCard via Idram and FastShift payment services.
Cash on Delivery – Accepted only in Armenian Drams (AMD).

Afrolab’s couriers reserve the right to return the delivered product if the customer refuses to pay upon delivery.

The prices displayed on the website are final and include all applicable taxes.

Afrolab does not store your bank details (card information). Online payments are processed securely through our payment service provider, ensuring transactions are fully encrypted and protected. You may be required to authenticate your payment using ARCA, Visa, or Mastercard SecureCode.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to ensure accurate and detailed product descriptions on our website. However, the colors and product details displayed on your screen may vary depending on the device you use.

Afrolab cannot guarantee that your screen will perfectly reflect the actual product’s color or appearance.

LIABILITY

Neither party can be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

All data (including product information, images, brand names, graphics, animations, and text) available on the website are protected by intellectual property rights.

By using the website, you acknowledge and agree that these materials remain the exclusive property of Afrolab or its partners. You may not use them beyond the website’s intended purpose without Afrolab’s permission.

You may not transfer, assign, or subcontract any rights or obligations under these terms without Afrolab’s written consent.

Afrolab reserves the right to assign, transfer, or subcontract any rights or obligations under these terms, provided that your rights remain unaffected.
